NO! Our memberships are just a 1-month to 1-month commitment on a treatment plan right for you. Cancel at any time. No long-term contracts necessary. We will not nickel and dime you having you pay for labs, office visits, weight checks, and paperwork seperately. Everything is included in each plan and all items included will be reviewed with you, allowing you to decide which plan best suits your needs and financial ability. We do not require annual contracts or other long-term commitments. We are here to support you and we are flexible. We do offer 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year discounted rates when pay in full upfront, but it will never be required. 

Weight loss medication to help you lose weight does not have to cost thousands of dollars every month. We offer plans starting at $112.00 a month. We can review what medications we have that will be best suitable for your individual needs and budget. GLP-1 medications starting at $350.00 a month. Maybe you can not afford the GLP-1 at this time, let's get started on something you can afford. 

 Initial Testosterone replacement evaluation, including all routine laboratory testing, and first months medication included for $225.00. TRT plans starting at $200.00 a month.

Men's Health routine visit to evaluate for erectile or sexual dysfunction, semen analysis, testing for sexual transmission diseases, UTI, and other minor illness are $150.00 for Telehealth or office visit. Laboratory testing, if needed, at extra cost. Use our lab or get a lab slip and go to your laboratory of choice, using your insurance if allowed.  

$225.00: Hormone Replacement Therapy initial consultation with full lab panel, evaluation, and treatment plan. 

$150.00: Women's Health minor illness, acute illness, common cold, respiratory infection, bronchitis, sore throat, UTI, birth control, infertility evaluation, sexual transmitted disease testing/ treatment, acne, initial pain management, chronic care visits, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, or chronic pain management,  Telehealth or office visit.

*Laboratory testing at additional cost if needed except as written. 

STEP 1: Contact us, or book an appointment online, and schedule an appointment. Depending on the services you request, you will answer some questions about your medical history and sign the consent forms.

Step 2: You will then make a  payment/ deposit for $125.00 for your Telehealth visit, instructions will be either emailed to you or texted to you based on your preference.

Step 3:A laboratory slip will then be mailed to you directly to your house, or for expedited service, the laboratory slip  can be email to you upon request.

Step 4:Have your labs drawn.

Step 5:Wait for your results. Usually 2-3 days after laboratory receives your test. After your results are complete, a licensed healthcare professional will review your results.

Step 6: You then will attend your Telehealth visit in the privacy of your own home. Your provider will share with you your test results, any concerns with the laboratory tests, and the personalized treatment plan he/ or she recommends for you. A collaborative treatment plan will be made considering your requests, desires, and thoughts. Contraindications for any treatment will be discussed and informed consent will be given to initiate treatment plan.

Step 7: Attend either weekly, biweekly, or monthly follow-up apponintments based on the support you need at no additional cost to you.

*All Medical Weight Loss and TRT Memberships include continued Telehealth visits, routine laboratory testing as needed, and monthly medication.

**Exclusions apply to California residents because of state law prohibiting compounding pharmacies. Instead, a prescription for the medication will be given to patient.
