Personality Disorder Care — Insightful, Personalized, and Comprehensive

Personality disorders involve enduring patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that can impact relationships, self-image, and daily functioning. These patterns are often deeply ingrained—but with the right support, meaningful change and improved quality of life are absolutely possible.

At Doc High, we provide a thoughtful, structured, and highly personalized approach—helping you better understand your patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create more stable and fulfilling relationships.

Understanding Personality Disorders

Personality disorders exist on a spectrum and may present in different ways depending on the individual. They are generally grouped into three clusters:

  • Cluster A (Odd or Eccentric Patterns): such as paranoid, schizoid, or schizotypal traits

  • Cluster B (Emotional or Impulsive Patterns): including borderline, narcissistic, histrionic, and antisocial traits

  • Cluster C (Anxious or Avoidant Patterns): such as avoidant, dependent, or obsessive-compulsive personality traits

These patterns are often shaped by a combination of biological, psychological, and environmental factors. With appropriate care, individuals can develop insight, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen interpersonal functioning.
